HARBOR TOWERS PAINTING PROJECT UPDATE
Complete Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. will be starting on the East of the building
affecting line 02 and 03 Tower 2 starting Monday, May 7th , 2012 until futher notice.
Pressure cleaning, waterproofing, and painting the exterior of the building and garage are in the scope of work, as well as painting the balcony railings and window frames, the planters and stairwells on the pool deck.
All the residents in these lines in Tower 2 should remove all items from their balcony terrace during this process in order to avoid any dirt or damage to their personal property.
Management recommends that you put towels to protect the floor near windows/sliding glass doors during the pressure washing. Please close your windows, and protect your privacy by keeping your blinds/curtains/shades down.
We will communicate additional information as the work progress.

Treasurer's Report:
To fund the planned functions and activities of the Master Association the directors budgeted
1.4 million. Because we overspent our budget in 2011, I commented that we needed to
start verifying that funds were budgeted and available before approving expenditures.
We have plenty of money to pay for our on going activities. However, we need to be careful in doingnon-planned programs that could reduce the amount of money set aside for emergencies.

NEW REGULATION
Your Board of Directors has amended our rules and regulations and added the following provision effective immediately:
The entire lanai pool/tennis court deck located between the Harborside and Portsview buidings is now designated as a smoke free area.
Be further advised that no smoking is permitted there as well as the fenced area at the ground level pool. Also, as a reminder, the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act (FS 386.204) prohibits smoking within the buildings' common areas.
We will appreciate your compliance with these regulations.

Online Payment & ACH/Electonic Debit
There are two ways to pay association dues. One is signing up for online payment through Miami Management Online Payment Website and two is by signing up for ACH/Electonic Debit. Both methods are accessible through this website. For Online payments click on the Pay Maintenance Online link under the Welcome heading on the left and for ACH/Electronic Debit you can click on Forms Online under the resident heading. If you have any questions feel free to call the office.
