All deliveries and contractors requiring the use of the service elevator must schedule them through the management office
AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

MOVE IN/OUT must be scheduled 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

Those that are not scheduled will be turned away at the gatehouse.

There are two ways to pay association dues. One is signing up for online payment through Miami Management Online Payment Website and two is by signing up for ACH/Electonic Debit. Both methods are accessible through this website. For Online payments click on the Pay Maintenance Online link under the Welcome heading on the left and for ACH/Electronic Debit you can click on Forms Online under the resident heading.
